Classes will be held once a week, generally on alternating Thursdays or Fridays.

However, the class may be scheduled on a different day due to instructor and location availability.

The instructor is willing to work with individuals on dates and times if contacted in at least one week in advance at 731-300-1574.

Your Location

A class at your location may be available when arranged with three in one yoga prior to booking. Students will need to have purchased their own yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, and any other equipment they wish to have.
